3D Printing & CNC Prototyping
We can offer you a live sample of our unique piercing-making process, either through 3D printing or CNC machining. It’s important to note that there is a significant difference between the two methods. 3D printing is a form of additive manufacturing that will only produce a non-functional prototype of your piercing, suitable for display purposes only.
CNC machining is a subtractive process that begins with a solid block of material, also known as a blank. Material is removed through cutting to achieve the desired shape and size of the finished part. The accuracy of CNC machining allows us to optimize the manufacturing process and make necessary adjustments during the tooling-up stage. With tight tolerances, we can easily modify designs and make any last-minute changes. Additionally, you can experience the quality of our work in real-time with a tangible prototype that showcases a range of finishes only possible through CNC machining.
